We decided to go with We Buy Houses because of their quick response, fairness in price, and the fact that they were very transparent with the process which made it stress-free. We also decided to go with We Buy Houses because we didn’t have to worry about cleaning up the house, fixing or replacing things, or renting out a trash bin to throw out old items. My parents were able to close on their house within one week. They received their check on the expected closing date. Overall, the experience was great. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful and comfortable experience we had with this company. If you’re thinking about selling your home quickly give these guys a chance to give you at least an offer.
